Xénos Group faces the Third Millennium with a new organisational
structure, to keep pace with an increasingly demanding global
market. While not neglecting the local geographical area in
which the company was born and operates today, it has developed
its own strategy that is sustainable at national and international
level, with the precise aim of offering the Client in any
country, a quality mark. Xénos Group’s evolution
is accomplished through two actions that are separate but
complimentary; one directed externally and the other internally.
The Company opens to the outside adopting a development policy
that, among other things, includes:
Division Translations and Interpreting
Division Meetings and conferences
Division Language training
Division Intgrated communication and Internationalization. |

Xénos Group srl, has always aimed at
putting a high value on and training of its team members,
who are carefully selected and continually kept updated. In
fact it is our belief that believing and investing in young
talent, knowing how to motivate and guide them, can contribute
to the improvement of quality of service offered to our Clients,
who by continuing to prefer us, encourage us to continue following
