MEETINGS
and CONFERENCES
|
 |
 |
 |
 |
Having
started up with the objective of providing a completely new
mix of technical and language services in the conference sector,
Xénos Group was the first company in the Mezzogiorno
region to provide its own infra-red simultaneous translation
equipment and is still the only company in this sector that
is able to offer its Clients the possibility of involving
a sole interlocutor in comprehensive simultaneous translation
organisation, without intermediation costs and with the assurance
of expert and thorough consultation. Very soon afterwards,
together with the individual conference services, Xénos
Group turned its skill towards the comprehensive organisation
of conferences, meetings and big events, for Companys,
Public Bodies and non profit-making organisations.
So after over ten years in the field, and thanks to the professionalism
clearly proven by the facts and by the Plus points that the
company offersto the Client, Xénos Group can boast
a considerable portfolio of meetings and events that it has
organised, both national and international, of varying degrees
of complexity ranging from a business meeting for around a
hundred people, to spectacular big events for over 60,000
spectators. Reorganisation for the new millennium Starting
from the year 2000, the Meetings and Conferences Division
has been reorganised, and in order to meet the requirements
of an expanding and increasingly specialised market.

TECHNICAL
SERVICES
|
 |
The Technical
Services for Conferences, which right from the very beginning
have given Xénos Group the chance to prove itself on
the market, continue to be managed directly by the mother
company, every time that they are required either individually
or within other internal Divisions. More specifically, Xènos
Group offers its Clientele the following: - Infra-red simultaneous
translation equipment, which - as previously said - is one
of the main In House services offered. In fact due to the
technology used, this equipment guarantees the privacy of
work and the complete elimination of any annoying interference
that can sometimes disturb reception. This service can be
supplied either alone or in conjunction with Interpreting
services, which are managed by the T & I Division. - Audiovisual
equipment (amplification systems for halls, microphone
equipment, video or computer projectors, etc.) for meetings,
conventions, presentations and trade fairs anywhere in Italy;
- Design and production of exhibition stands and fittings,
both standard and personalised. As well as being provided
on an individual basis, these services can also be an integral
part of consultation services provided by the Internationalisation
Division. |
