Xénos Group srl is the successor of
Xénos sas; a company set up in 1987 from a winning
idea of its proprietor Fiammetta Miele, who by bringing together
a pool of talented young professionals, developed one of the
first Law 44/86 projects, the so-called Young Entrepreneurship
Law. Project 44 was approved and financed in 1989, and thanks
to this Xénos Group grew considerably, distinguishing
itself above all through its innovative company philosophy,
which blends the seriousness of the consulting approach with
the structure’s utmost availability and flexibility;
care in the quality of the service, with attention on an balanced
costs/benefits ratio, so as to guarantee a professional, accurate
and reasonably-priced service.
Xénos Group’s original approach
is linked to its choice to place itself on the market with
a complete range of language services and for the strategic
importance given to research and to the use of the latest
technological resources and solutions, which led us to introducing
innovations to Southern Italy that our competitors adopted
only much later on. In the translation field, in fact, we
have been forerunners in the study of automated translation
processes, and in proposing IT support for text transmission
to users. In the congress equipment field, we were the only
Agency in Southern Italy for over ten years to have its own
mobile infrared equipment for simultaneous translation. The
unique features that have allowed Xénos Group to distinguish
itself in the panorama of young female entrepreneurship, as
well as winning the favour of numerous and prestigious Clients,
have been the subject of RAI television and radio reports,
participation in conventions and training courses, magazine
and newspaper articles, volumes of specialised collections;
some of which have been brought together in a concise press
review.
